A quick not to our customers

We’re based in a small town with just one post office employee (seriously!), and the post office hours can be a bit unpredictable. If there were a faster way to get your order to you, we’d be all over it—we totally get how frustrating delays can be.

Also, since we’re a small operation (no big warehouse here!), we don’t always have every item in stock. That means if you order something we don’t have on hand, we’ll need to order it in, wait for it to arrive, pack it up, and then ship it out as soon as Canada Post is back in action.

We truly appreciate every single one of you. Whether you bought one trick or a whole box of goodies, your support means the world. You could’ve shopped anywhere—but you chose to shop small, and that means everything to us.
